Where we ship
We ship across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
We don't currently ship internationally from this site. If you're outside the UK and would like our things, look for us on Etsy. We list a selected range there with international shipping enabled. The link will appear on the home page once that shop is live.

All UK shipments are tracked. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel goes out.
When we dispatch
We dispatch at least a couple of times a week, so most of the time your order will be shipped within a day or so. We close occasionally for short holidays, any pauses are announced on the home page and in our newsletter.
If something doesn't arrive
Royal Mail considers post "lost" after 10 working days from dispatch for UK Tracked services. If your tracking hasn't moved for that long, get in touch and we'll either resend or refund. Your choice.
Changed your mind?
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason. No need to give one.
Email us at [email protected] within those 14 days to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, in saleable condition and (for cosmetic items) unopened with seals intact.
- Return postage is your responsibility for a change-of-mind return. We recommend a tracked service. Without proof of postage we can't refund items that don't reach us.
- Refund timeframe. We aim to refund within 5 working days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Banks typically take a further 3–5 days to show it in your statement.
- Hygiene exception. Cosmetics (lip balms, balms, melts, candles) that have been unsealed or used can't be returned for change-of-mind. Your statutory right to cancel doesn't cover them once they're no longer sealed, in line with the regulations.
If it arrived damaged or faulty
Email us a photo at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we'll either:
- send you a replacement, free of charge, or
- refund you in full, whichever you'd prefer.
For faulty goods we cover the return postage as well. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full, nothing on this page reduces them.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief note (we don't need a reason for a change-of-mind return).
- We'll reply within 1–2 working days with the return address and any packaging tips for fragile items.
- Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and issue the refund within 5 working days.
